    a cashew cream sauce. My life will be complete when I discover a vegan
    gorgonzola :)

  8. Does this keep well for 3 hours if the gnocchi and sauce are placed in a
    crockpot on low heat? Or, should I just keep the gnocchi in the crock pot
    on a low temperature and when it’s time to serve, heat sauce and place on
    top?

  9. hey barb. u make it look so easy that it makes me want to make them
    myself. one question please can u use ur way making them with pumkin but
    sub potato’s? think i would rather make my own instead of store bought
    potato gnocchi. i appreciate what u do. enjoy the week ahead ralph. (
