Large lettuce leaves or wrappers made of rice paper are great for making rolls. Make them fun by trying out recipes like rainbow rolls, or have fun with your kid and make them together. You can fill the rolls with tofu, shrimp or pork. Pack the rolls with chocolate square, cubed cheese or meat, blueberries or red bell peppers.
